“Paddle as one” is what we always mention, it involves high team spirit and collaboration. Teamwork and collaboration are also important key factors for corporate success. Every year, we use dragon boat to train a lot of corporate, I-bank, school and different society. They include, HKCPL, HKCPA, HKUST, and Lion Club 303… etc.
We also organize Dragon Boat fun day for corporate and different organization. Fun day program can increase their inter-networking, cross department communication and collaboration.
Location and Environment:
Sha Ha Beach is located in San Kung, which just few mins walk from bus terminal. The beach is flat, we have experience on holding 800+ persons event. The bay condition is clam and can operate 8 lanes dragon boat race.
Coach and staffing:
HKADBA is encouraging our member for continuous learning. We send member out for taking different training and professional course every year. We also organize senior paddler and coach training course, which was approved and certified by China Dragon Boat Association.
We have almost 20 qualified Dragon Boat coach and same amount of qualified Dragon Boat Race Officer. Therefore, our Dragon Boat training or race can be conducted in the most professional and fair manner.
With our professional team and experienced staffs, we are no doubt one of the best association in Hong Kong for organizing Dragon Boat fun day, mini race or any teambuilding event.
